The Water Monitor is a sinking pencil bait that you will use when you wish to catch those fish who are just not prepared to attack in the surface layers. The bait body is divided in ten oblique chambers to create a semi-solid structure built in ABS plastic. The bait can be worked dog walking style or worked in a more unusual snake like trajectory. A versatile lure for all seasons.
